1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information from Shopify in order to provide the Service:

Shop Identification: Your Shopify store domain and shop ID.
Order Identifiers: Order IDs and related billing identifiers received from Shopify payment-related notifications (for example, webhooks).
Subscription Identifiers (if applicable): Subscription contract IDs or similar identifiers associated with recurring billing, when provided by Shopify.

We do not require or intentionally collect customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping/billing addresses to provide the Service.

When we receive a payment success notification from Shopify, we use the identifiers described above solely to:

Verify that the billing or payment attempt succeeded.
Automatically extend subscription or service validity period within our platform.

We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, customer profiling, or analytics beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

Data Retention: We retain only the minimum identifiers needed to operate and audit the Service. Webhook/notification identifiers are stored for up to six (6) months from the last renewal or payment event, after which they are permanently deleted.
Data Security: All transmissions occur over HTTPS (TLS). Stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption (or equivalent industry-standard encryption).

We do not share the collected identifiers with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes here with an updated effective date.
