By installing and using Ortery Integration Tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service integrates with your Shopify store to automate subscription or service access management. When Shopify notifies us of a successful payment or billing event (for example, via webhooks), the Service uses the associated identifiers to extend your access validity period within our platform.

3. Data Collection and Use

To provide the Service, we collect and use:

• Shop identification information (domain and shop ID).
• Order identifiers and related billing identifiers associated with successful payment events.
• Subscription identifiers (if applicable), such as subscription contract IDs associated with recurring billing, when provided by Shopify.

This data is used solely to verify billing events and adjust subscription or service validity. We handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining valid Shopify app credentials and configurations required for webhook delivery and app operation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your Shopify settings and app configuration are kept up to date (for example, callback URLs and app settings where applicable).

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service processes payment and renewal notifications in good faith based on Shopify-provided notifications. We are not liable for any service interruptions, failed notification deliveries, or discrepancies in subscription or service access arising from network issues, Shopify platform issues, or configuration errors.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
